Last year I went and saw Ruby Ann Patterson perform in Chorlton at a local venue. Supporting her was Mathew Petit. He performed an acoustic set at the time. He’s been hiding away for a while and recently re-surfaced with a new band and new sound.
The new band are called ‘Audio‘ and their music is pretty damn experimental. Early days for them but check out their track ‘One You Love‘ below.

Last week I ended up on a video music shoot in the middle of nowhere. The band were called The Defiled – I hadn’t heard their material before so gave them a listen a couple days later. I’m feeling their sound and it’s got me listening to some sounds I had kind of forgotten about! They’re a fab bunch of guys too – Check their track ‘Sleeper‘ out below
